It has been really foggy for the last few days. When I went outside this morning the sun was just burning through the fog and shining through the trees and a man was walking down the sidewalk and look like he was surrounded by a halo. By the time I got my camera and ran back outside it wasn't nearly as amazing, but still breathtaking.
I was standing outside in my robe taking the pictures and my neighbor, June, saw me and finally had to come over and ask what in the world I was doing. I told her about it, but she still seemed to think I was slightly nuts. I would think my neighbors would be used to me by now.
